Document Flow and Admin management system
- Carrefour Warehouse Bookkeepers were forced to work from home due to Covid-19;
- They needed a way to receive shipments, review documentation, and escalate issues with minimal human interaction.
- Develop the Document Flow and Admin management system;
- Created website and application for multiple user roles (Receiver, Administrator, and Bookkeeper;
- Implemented and maintained the system.
- The project was delivered on time and within budget;
- The Warehouse & Stock Management platform we developed allowed them to centralise the administration of warehouses and stores, saving costs after Covid-19 restrictions were removed.
